Investing with Purpose to Bless People and Planet

Restoring God’s Design Through Sustainable, Impactful Investing
The core mission of RSF is to invest in firms whose fundamental purpose is in direct alignment with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These globally recognized goals serve as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030. RSF’s investment philosophy is rooted in the belief that businesses contributing positively to these goals not only generate significant societal and environmental benefits but also represent robust and future-proof investment opportunities. By focusing on companies that actively work towards a better people and planet, RSF aims to create a symbiotic relationship between capital growth and sustainable impact.

“Then God said, ‘I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth… They will be yours for food.’” — Genesis 1:29
In the beginning, our Creator provided for humanity in abundance and goodness. We have since deviated from that path, pursuing short-term gain at long-term cost. The calling now is to reorient our personal, corporate, and investment goals—to invest with intention, humility, and responsibility. RSF is formed as a steward for that reorientation: to deploy capital as a servant for good.
Investment Strategy and Approach
RSF employs a proactive and collaborative investment strategy. The fund will lead investments in promising companies, providing not only crucial capital but also strategic guidance and operational support. A key component of RSF’s approach is to bring in co-investors, thereby amplifying the capital available for growth and expansion of investee companies. This collaborative model allows for greater risk diversification and access to a broader network of expertise, accelerating the development and market penetration of portfolio firms. The selection criteria for investee companies are stringent, focusing on those with clear pathways to achieving significant scale and impact within their respective SDG-aligned sectors.
Exit Strategy and Capital Recycling

RSF’s investment horizon is strategically set with a clear exit objective: to qualify investee companies for a public listing within an ambitious timeframe of 24-36 months. This focus on public market readiness ensures a disciplined approach to growth and governance within portfolio companies. Upon successful public listing, RSF aims to exit its investments with substantial capital gains. A distinctive feature of RSF’s model is the commitment to ‘recycle’ this capital and the generated gains. This means that proceeds from successful exits will be reinvested into new, promising SDG-aligned companies, creating a virtuous cycle of sustainable investment and impact generation. This continuous reinvestment mechanism underscores RSF’s long-term commitment to its mission and its ability to generate sustained positive change.
The RSF Steward

Over more than four decades in business, I have seen booms and busts, innovation and excess, wisdom and greed. If there is one lesson that stands out, it is this: wealth without purpose is barren. We stand at a pivotal moment. Climate change, social inequity, and moral confusion threaten the wellbeing of billions. Yet in this crisis lies a divine call to action: to realign our personal and business goals with God’s original intention of abundance, stewardship, and care for one another. That is the guiding vision of the Raffles SDG Fund (RSF).
